A: “There was a Friday when I had to call David at the last minute because I completely forgot to order a certain color of napkins for a prom. I knew the kids would have been devastated and he got in his car and drove two hours to get those to me. That was on a Friday with traffic. He had to drive two hours back. That, to me, is customer satisfaction. Not only did he take the trip, but he also added extra time to his day. If I notice that we suddenly run out of tablecloths, Miller’s will make an extra trip to bring those to us. They continue to provide excellent customer service and give me no reason to look elsewhere for another company.”
