We’ve been around for a long time — over 75 years — so we’ve seen a lot of changes. Here are a few highlights of how we got to where we are today:

Founded
Miller’s Textile Services founded by the Miller family in a 2,500 sq. ft. facility in Wapakoneta, Ohio, laundering clothing for local families. The next year, Roger Hager is hired as a pants presser.
1956
1956
10 Years
Miller’s continues to grow while celebrating its 10th anniversary.
1968
1968
Hager Purchase
Roger and Jackie Hager purchased the Miller’s business along with another partner. By that point, Roger had been working there for over 20 years and Jackie had joined a year earlier. They continued their legacy at Miller’s for the next 50 years.
1976
1976
Springfield Laundry Acquired
Miller’s purchased Springfield Laundry and Cleaners in Springfield, Ohio, and began growing rapidly. Two years later, the company opened a location in Defiance, Ohio.

Family Joins Forces
By this time, Roger and Jackie’s children (Michele and Bob) had joined the Miller’s team to carry on the family tradition.

New Facility
A new facility was built in Wapakoneta, Ohio, to serve as both corporate headquarters and main production facility.
1999

New President
Bob Hager (Roger and Jackie’s son) became President of Miller’s Textile Services.

Headquarters Expanded
Miller’s expanded their Wapakoneta facility and consolidated all production to this one location with over 75,000 sq. ft.

Cleveland, OH
Miller’s opened their Cleveland, Ohio, location.
2013
2013
Purchase of Sun Chemical
Miller’s purchased their sanitation and janitorial supply vendor Sun Chemical to provide streamlined services and distribution for their customers.
2016
2016
Defiance, OH
Miller’s built a new building in Defiance, Ohio.
2018

Cincinnati, OH
Miller’s opened their Cincinnati, Ohio, location.
