Answer: Villa Milano has been a loyal customer with Miller’s for around 25 years.

Q: What kinds of products or services does your company use from Miller’s?
A: They provide us all our linens, towels, aprons, toilet tissue and doormats.

Q: Is there a special story that exemplifies your customer relationship with Miller’s?
A: “There was a Friday when I had to call David last minute because I completely forgot to order a certain color of napkins for a prom. I knew the kids would have been devastated and he got in his car and drove two hours to get those to me. That was on a Friday with traffic. He had to drive two hours back. That to me is customer satisfaction. Not only he took the trip but also added extra time to his day. If I notice that we suddenly run out of tablecloths Miller’s will make an extra trip to bring those to us. They continue to provide excellent customer service and give me no reason to look elsewhere for another company.”

Q: How does working with Miller’s make your company better?
A: Having them as our supplier makes it easier for me in providing an elegant feel with their linens. Also even though they are a big company their personal service with us is excellent. I would recommend this linen company to anyone in the business.
